2011-2012 Timeline
Applications will be available by February 14, 2011, and must be submitted by Friday, March 11, 2011 (or postmarked by Friday, March 11, 2011, if mailed). Notification will occur by April 15, 2011. Programs can be scheduled to begin anytime after May 1, 2011, and must be completed by Friday, April 1, 2012.
Seven copies of your completed application may be mailed or hand-delivered. Mailed applications should be sent to the Westport Cultural Council, Westport Town Hall, 816 Main Street, Westport, MA 02790, and be postmarked by Friday, March 11, 2011. Hand-delivered applications should be brought to either the Westport Town Hall or the Westport Free Public Library by 4:00pm on Friday, March 11, 2011. Late applications will not be accepted.
