2010-2011 Timeline
Applications will be available by Monday, February 8, 2010, and must be submitted by Friday, March 12, 2010 (or postmarked by Friday, March 12, 2010, if mailed). Notification will occur by Thursday, April 15, 2010. Programs can be scheduled to begin anytime after Saturday, May 1, 2010, and must be completed by Friday, April 1, 2011.
Seven copies of your completed application may be mailed or hand-delivered. Mailed applications should be sent to the Westport Cultural Council, Westport Town Hall, 816 Main Street, Westport, MA 02790, and be postmarked by Friday, March 12, 2010. Hand-delivered applications should be brought to either the Westport Town Hall or the Westport Free Public Library by 4:00pm on Friday, March 12, 2010. Late applications will not be accepted.
